Nutria is a family owned company founded in 1990. Since its foundation, the company has concentrated on the production, manufacturing and trading of olive oil. The consecutive rise of the company the last years can be seen through its sales growth, in 2001 was less than 10m Euros while in 2003 was more than double (20.076.000 Euros).

Nutria's factory area in our days comprises 40.000s.m. and is situated in central Greece, in the heart of a large olive orchard. This is the point where Nutria's peculiarity exists that makes the final products more trustworthy. This consists of the using of olives from our olive groves, in an extent, and the rest from farmers who operates under our supervision.

As it follows, Nutria's olive oil, either extra virgin or pure, is 100% Greek and always of excellent quality. It is also distinguished for its smooth aroma, unique taste and its beautiful greenish color. Today, the company also produces certified Pdo olive oils, as well as Organic olive oil.

For the purpose of checking, our product is always chemically analyzed in the company's modem laboratory, performing all the analyses required by the EC 2568/91 and subsequent amendments.
Last but not least, Nutria's whole production process of olive oil incorporates high quality standards, certified by TÜV HACCP.
