1987. Margaritidis family with a long history in fine products (since 1921) establishes in Athens, the Bolero Confectionery unit using as the main resource, premium quality nuts and fruit that grow in the Mediterranean.
From the early days till today each nut and fruit is strictly chosen, checked and processed carefully in order to preserve its freshness and taste before it is covered with pure chocolate. Thereafter nuts, fruit and chocolate are blended in the best harmonized way. Only the best ingredients are good enough for Bolero products.
That is why discerning connoisseurs all around the world appreciate the rich, velvety taste they discover from the first bite.

Today Bolero has excellent confectionery delicacies of unique taste. 80% of the total production is exported to America, Europe, Middle East, Australasia etc.
