NOE S.A., the parent company of the group, was founded in 1979, in the business of research and construction of steel structures. The founders of NOE entered the market four years earlier, in 1975. The Company managed to secure and strengthen its position, by obtaining significant experience from its collaboration with important foreign firms and its long term activity in the Middle East. Today NOE is one of the leading companies in the Greek market for the construction of industrial buildings, offices, exhibition and sport facilities, power plants etc.

The last 36 years, NOE has successfully completed more than 400 major projects of metal constructions in Greece and abroad.
The company possesses a modern factory of 33,000 sq.m. in a plot of 54,000 sq.m. in Aspropyrgos, Athens.  The NOE group of companies own more than 120,000 sq.m. of fully equipped warehouses, rented to well established companies in Greece. Furthermore, the group possesses a 20,000 sq.m. mall, which is under construction, situated in the city of Athens. 

NOE has recently expanded its activities in photovoltaic systems, acting not only as a contractor, having installed photovoltaic parks with total capacity of 13 MWp, but also as an owner and manager of photovoltaic parks, having in progress installations with a total capacity of 21,2 MWp. For the 12,6 MWp, NOE has already signed contracts for selling energy to the Hellenic Transmission System Operator SA, with prices per KWh between €0.373 and €0.392.
