The company develops activity in the field of engineering (industrial) plastics. The companys main activity is the production of engineering plastics in semi-finished shapes as rods, hollow bars, sheets, e.t.c.

 

Thanks to its steadily rising progress, the company is converted to Societe Anonyme (incorporated company) in 1997. STEMPLAST HATZIAVGOUSTIS ENGINEERING PLASTICS S.A. is the only greek company producing high standard semi-finished products of engineering plastics.

 

The STEMPLAST company manufacturing, warehousing and administration facilities cover a total of 3,200 sq.m. in a 7,000 sq.m. company owned area, located in the industrial area of Sindos in Thessaloniki, in Northern Greece. The company also operates a branch office in Piraeus located at 12, Alon str. & 6, Polydefkous str. and a branch office in Thessaloniki, located at 101, Monastiriou str.

 

The companys mechanical equipment includes modern polymer production lines (extruders, vacuum extrusion systems & ram-extruders), a complete chemical reaction synthesis device of high capacity (anionic polymerization), several pressure forming devices, polymerization systems, auxiliary annealing and heating devices as well as machining and quality control means.

 

The carefully selected raw materials that STEMPLAST company uses for its production needs, are provided by certified corporations with international activity, that guarantee the constant quality of the raw materials. Since 2004, the company applies a Quality Management System (QMS) according to the international standard ISO 9001:2004.

 

Among STEMPLASTs customers are public organisations, industries, industrial equipment trading companies, technical and construction companies, machine shops etc. The company develops activity in the greek market while developing and constantly expanding a notable exports network  to Balkan countries, Cyprus and Germany.
