The Karelia name has been closely associated with tobacco since 1888, when George and Stathis Karelias founded the Karelia Tobacco Company. Successive generations of the family have worked to refine our products and develop new markets, none more so than my late husband who skillfully directed a particularly dynamic and innovative period of the company’s growth.
Today we are proud to be one of the major companies in Greece. Our brands are increasingly appreciated, both nationally and internationally. Our ambition is to continue to grow and develop, but never to forget the principles of quality, trust and service on which we built our success.
