INTRACOM HOLDINGS is one of the largest multinational technology groups in Greece. Its main activities are in Telecommunications, Defense Electronics, e-Government, Banking & Enterprise IT Systems, and Construction.

INTRACOM HOLDINGS was derived from INTRACOM, a leading company in the field of Telecommunications Systems, Electronics and Information Technology. INTRACOM was founded in 1977 in Greece, has been listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 1990 and is included in the FTSE/ASE-20 LargeCap index. In December 2005, INTRACOM was transformed to a holding company and three new subsidiaries were established: INTRACOM TELECOM (telecommunications solutions), INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS (defence electronics) and INTRACOM IT SERVICES (information technology solutions).

 
As from Monday 23 rd of January 2006, the company name at the Athens Exchange changed to INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A." with the distinctive title "INTRACOM HOLDINGS".

 
INTRACOM HOLDINGS' main activities include: share participation in other companies, and provision of management, administration support and consulting services.
