Having unique purpose better quality and the satisfactory of our clients we invested on high technology machinery, modern designing programs and we have specialized our stuff.

Still, not resting us always continuum to enrich our knowledge upon the contraction and the design of the die.

The steels we use are ORVAR 2 and ALVAR 14, though in soam cases and after discussing it with the customer we can use special steels such as DIEVAR or QRO 90, which have better be heavier during extrusion and durability.

 

The heat treatment is at 45-48 HRC, with regard to ISO certification is in the process of acquisition. We believe that our prices are the best considering the quality we provide as well as the service. We are always at your disposal for further information.
