The company Mohorides Ioannis & Sons O.E. was established in 1987 in accordance with the already existing development law of 1962.
From 1989 onwards it began to operate fully increasing its activities continually. With a staff of 5 personnel it continues to develop and is preparing for new investments.
It is located in Perichori an exclusively potato growing region, and has a branch in Salonica for optimum and rapid distribution of the company’s produce throughout Greece.

The opportunity exists for utilizing our already existing knowledge & expertise in the best possible way as well as acquiring further “know-how” our specialized research department at the factory with its complete programmer takes care of the production of new products as well as the application of those already existing to new technology.

Our basic aim is to manufacture hard-wearing machinery from excellent materials the majority of which are imported according to European specifications.
It should be noted that in spite of the fact that the company began by exclusively producing machinery for potatoes (potato extractors, planters automated or not) it did not settle there but following contact between the department of research and the farmers in the region of Nevrokopi and not only, it proceeded to the production of machinery for preparing the ground (Riper cultivators, levelers, stem cutters etc) as well as the construction of pre-fabricates buildings. The company has recently started to expand into other sectors related to the cultivation of potatoes.
