June 2006 - Intralot’s CFO confirmed plans that the company considers placing
part of its shares in the Bulgarian and Turkish subsidiaries in the local stock
exchanges.
The company expects to gather at least €100m from each
IPO - In case Intralot wins the Pan-Russian Lottery it could make a joint
venture with another company (could be Sistema) to implement the
game.
Intralot’s CFO said that the plans for the Bulgarian IPO are more
advanced and that most likely Intralot will initiate the process by the end of
2006 or in early 2007.
The company is evaluating potential advisers fort
the Bulgarian sale.
The Turkish IPO could take longer (than that of the
Bulgarian) since more time is required to take ministry approvals.
According to Intralot’s CFO the company expects to reap at least €100m
from each IPO. The funds raised from the IPOs will be used to fund Intralot’s
expansion to new markets.
